September 16, 2017: Cooking with Class – “Asian Style”

Cooking with Class takes guests on a culinary adventure in interactive cooking that benefits All Faiths Food Bank. The event takes place at Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice, and this year’s theme is “Asian Style.” Led by Executive Chef Joe Culver, teams prepare their own four-course meal table side, and enjoy two drinks, hors d’oeuvres, wine with dinner, and a recipe book and commemorative apron to keep. Check out last year’s event pics by scrolling down the page.

This event sells out months in advance so please contact Aundria Castleberry if you have questions or would like to join us as a sponsor: acastleberry@allfaithsfoodbank.org or 941-549-8132.

2017 Bowls of Hope is Sunday, Nov 12 at Ed Smith Stadium.

Bring the kids for a soup-er, family-friendly day at the park, where more than 1,500 guests (a sold-out crowd!) attend each year to support All Faiths Food Bank. Along with an opportunity to enjoy soup, bread and desserts provided by 40 restaurants, each guest selects a beautiful, handcrafted bowl – donated by local artists – to take home as a reminder of the empty bowls they help fill. Keep scrolling to check out last year’s event photos.

Event Chairs: Susan Malloy Jones and Phil Mancini

Contact Elaina Mand at emand@allfaithsfoodbank.org if you would like to provide food or sponsor the event.
